Who we are

Founded in 2004 by Miltos Kambourides and Pierre Charalambides, Dolphin Capital Partners (DCP) is an independent private equity firm specialising in land and real estate investments in South-East Europe, the Caribbean and Latin America. We are a young and dynamic team with a multi-disciplined academic and professional background.

What we do

Since 2005, DCP have raised approximately €1 billion in equity capital. DCP's main investment vehicle is Dolphin Capital Investors (DCI), the largest AIM-listed real estate investment company by net assets. DCI invests in early-stage, master-planned, leisure-integrated, residential resorts.

Since 2006, DCP have established DCI as the leading investor in this sector and as one of the largest private seafront landowner in the eastern Mediterranean and beyond with a current asset base of over €1.8 billion.

DCI's portfolio currently comprises 13 large-scale, leisure-integrated residential resorts under development in Greece, Cyprus, Croatia, Turkey, Panama and the Dominican Republic and more than 60 smaller holiday home projects through Aristo Developers in Greece and Cyprus, spread over approximately 63 million m² of prime coastal developable land.
